Amazing office with the best staff, everything is always so clean and organized! Assistant was fantastic and the doctor is awesome! Hygienist is one of the best in NWA as well. Highly recommend (:

I had a treatment plan set up with Monarch dental and more than halfway through the estimated payment somehow doubled in price! Absolutely avoid this place at all costs! I had multiple fillings...

Made an appointment 6 weeks ago, told I didn't have an appointment when I showed up. Dentist wasn't even there! Complete waste of my time.
