Pachika Meditations
HistoryPachika Meditations started in 2014 by Patricia Palma Walsh, the founder, informally teaching Meditation to family and friends. In 2016, Pachika Meditations ran the first pilot at the Walmart Headquarters to offer Meditation classes to employees. In 2017, Pachika Meditations became a non-profit and now is dedicated to teaching other non-profit organizations to support the community. The company also offers private virtual sessions, special workshops, and private events by request.SpecialtiesWe offer virtual meditation classes and sessions. Classes are focused on breathing techniques to relax the mind and body, in Spanish or English. The intention is to empower students to access personal answers and make real changes in life. Students also learn to develop greater confidence and awareness about their mind, body, and heart. Pachika partners with innovative and cutting edge companies that have developed devices to track physiological changes before, during, and after meditation sessions. Looking at the brain activity, breathing cycles, and heart rate is an excellent way to monitor levels of relaxation and determine areas for improvement.
