Healthy Connections Conway

Healthy Connections Conway provides comprehensive family and primary medical care for patients of all ages - from children to seniors. Led by Family Nurse Practitioner Mandi Mears, APRN, the clinic offers wellness visits, physicals, immunizations, and more in a friendly, patient-focused environment. Walk-ins are welcome, and the clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 7:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. Healthy Connections accepts most health insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offers a sliding-fee scale for qualifying patients without insurance.
