The transaction with this Burger King today was a nightmare. I saw a few cars in the line ahead of me and ignorantly got in line anyway. The speaker comes on, "hello, welcome to McDonalds!"...

Terrible. Slow and cold food. This BK struggles compared to others and I can't understand why. The owners/ management really need to police up this one.
