I love 7 brew but I'm so tired of getting coffee grounds in my coffee!!! It's every time and it's disgusting. Please fix this.

Product (Teas) are good, but recently the size of the cup has gotten smaller and price has gone up. In 6 months the (L) no ice tea has gone from (2) @ 9.75 to now 11:17 that is a 17% increase......
