Yuma County Public Works Department

Public Works Dept-Highway Maintenance is a division of Yuma County Public Works Department, which is a multi-service agency of the Yuma County. Its core services include administration of department activities and staff, county highway maintenance, highway stripping and signing, operation of transfer facilities and recycling program, operation of waste tire collection site, managing the establishment and operation of improvement districts, operations of waste facilities for the disposal of residential solid waste, managing the capital improvements and assessments for improvement districts, and servicing and making repairs to equipment. Yuma County Public Works Department s other divisions are Administration division, Traffic Control division, Waste Management division, Vehicle Maintenance division and Safety division.
