There were several instances while living here. The only thing I regret is not moving out sooner. I have rented several apartments in and out of AZ and never have had such a terrible situation....

Do not care about tenants especially if you are disabled. Pool is supposed to be heated but not in Oct & Nov, April and may. They say transition period but really do not want to pay to heat it....
