Absolutely loved Michelle! We went to another location and had a poor experience but we came to the santan visionworks and Michelle listened and actually helped make our glasses right.

Horrible customer service, they were extremely rude. The lady in the exam office was more concerned with talking to another employee and leaving to take her lunch rather helping me.
