Ditto to every negative comment people have written, so I won't repeat them. I ended up taking my large donation to Goodwill. Find a better place to donate. As a Vietnam veteran, this is so sad.

Dragged 3 boxes and a small table outside our garage because flyer in mail said they were picking up today. 5:30 PM, nothing has been picked up. Items were out at 7AM.
