Avoid using a lube shop at all costs, especially one that is always in a hurry. Went to get my oil changed in the Flagstaff location, was informed that my "heli coil failed". Looking at the plug...

Every time I get an oil change I support Valvoline; in a neighboring town. Since Cottonwood is the closest to my house I figured why not give it a shot I had a full service synthetic oil change....
