When I visited my daughter at this complex these are the things I've noticed. Great looking on the fully upgraded units. The older units that are only 100-200$ cheaper aren't so very nice...

Do not rent here period. It's cheaper than the surrounding apartments for a reason . I lived there for 1 yr and that was enough. You might think the area is safe... it's not kids getting jumped...

The complex used to have genuine care in how it was ran and operated, but ever since it was bought out it has gotten worse and worse. It's baffling that the AC unit leaking 1-2 gallons of water...
