UPS made a mistake and delivered my package to ups instead of my house. I arrived and the woman tried to charge me $5 extra for their mistake. She was rude and condescending as if it was my fault....

They did credit my charges for the failed overnight delivery that took 5 days. Lexi is excellent and was able to find the package and get it delivered.
