They're dedicated to their service and knowledgeable about their shoes. It's helpful, and they're patient if you need extra help. Definitely easier than going to a big shoe store

NEVER go here if your feet hurt!!! You will be convinced that you need all the overpriced products the salesperson recommends. Same arch supports they sell for over $400 are available on Amazon...
