They are Luxotica/Ray-Ban authorized repair. They are unable to repair beyond ordering a kit and installing a screw. Avoid if possible. I use Ray-Ban dot com to shop and process repairs, whether...

7/19/23 2:25pm doors are locked. No sign or indication of lunch break or whatever is going on. Drive out here on my lunch break to get some sunglasses that I broke. Pretty sad
