Absolute trash. Paid for high speed internet when booking online, no record o f that upgrade when I checked in. Got into the room and the tv didn't work, lady at the front desk couldn't care less....

Horrible. Room was dirty when I entered (I took photos). Someone's clothes were on the floor...cleaning rags on counter...not swept. Strike 1. I told the front desk...no apology, no offer to have...

They have bed bugs alllll over the rooms!! Two of my friends and myself was bit bad. They won't do anything about it so trying to report to the health department. Hope this place gets shut down....
