Their phone system - stinks! Ability to reach a live, breathing, with a pulse human - ZERO, less than! Exorbitant fees while NOT even submitting to insurance is RIDICULOUS! Now, I'll go back to...

The absolute worst phone system. The hold time is arsine and ridiculously long. Either they are not efficient, or they do not have adequate staffing nd do not know how to bill.
