Santiago Express Phoenix

This is the only company that takes me from Phoenix straight to Gomez Palacio...I don't know why everyone is complaining about the wait, even airplanes make their passengers wait and gets delayed...

If I could give NO STARS I would. Absolutely little to no communication. the bus was scheduled for 2pm, then after calling and trying to receive a response I was notified it would be EIGHT pm....

Worst company and Bussiness you don't what to take this bus ... siempre salen tarde o te dicen que sale a una hora y después siempre te hacen esperar 5-6 horas lo peor . - I won't recommend this .

Efficient, always make it safe and on time. Been traveling with them for a while now.
