Terrible Customer service and rude employees. Don't use this company. Always poor customer service at the level of the service technicians.

Considering they can't drive, I wouldn't assume these people can plumb either. Read the other reviews. These must be the worst drivers ever to grace the earth. They were sitting at a green arrow...

I would like to share with anyone needing HVAC or Plumbing repair, RKS Plumbing and Mechanical is the company to call. My AC went out in the house, I called RKS and they jumped in to action....
