Subject to change. Day 2 of my roof replacement due to storm damage. Car blocked in garage by trash dumpster. Promised to fix that. Not done. Ignoring all communication today. Poor communication...

I was unable to view their video ahead of time. As a result, Shane called, asked if I had done so, I said I didn't and he abruptly hung up. Rude and unprofessional.
