Felix Pachon is a Certified Police K9 Instructor, graduate of Tarheel Canine Training in Sanford, NC. He specializes in professional obedience training, behavior modification, personal protection, scent detection and man trailing. Felix's experience and education allows him to train each dog according to each owner's needs and expectations. He is a firm believer in the power of a good relationship between dog and owner and uses a balanced approach to train new behaviors.
