Report of Findings: If we determine that we can help you relieve your pain as well as correct the underlying cause, we will discuss the options for care including timeframes and cost so that you can make an informed decision to achieve your health goals. Phase 4. Relief Care: During this phase you will experience natural pain relief and healing as well as how to reduce stress, prevent further injury, promote relaxation and accelerate recovery. Phase 5. Corrective Care: If you choose to correct the underlying problem, this phase will teach you the tools and techniques to retrain muscles, tendons and ligaments in order to maintain your correction.
