America West Arena accommodates events from as intimate as 10 to more than 20,000 patrons. The America West Arena features a variety of available locations that can be rented on non-event days for conferences, meetings, trade shows and private parties. Catering and event planning services are also available. Events can be held almost anywhere in the facility, from the event floor to the spacious Party Suites. Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a group discount. A uniquely flexible indoor/outdoor venue, the Bud Light PASEO features sound and projection systems, as well as a bar area and facilities for full stage shows. The America West Arena staff and Phoenix Police Department will provide security for all events, patrons and performers. The Arena also has an electronic security system that features closed circuit cameras and monitors, electric door alarms, an access control system, and outdoor lighting.
