Sending in claims is easy, I have not been denied a claim (Ive only had claims for accidents and illnesses). Luckily my dog has not had issues with genetic conditions or pre-existing conditions....

My experience over the past 3 years is overall very good. Generally claims are paid without issue, but your Achilles heel is that more times than not, it takes several weeks to be paid.
