The PMG assumed I was ignorant of the BBB policy's when in fact it was the BBB that advocated leaving honest reviews.

The PMG misrepresented my desire to hire them claiming after the fact that I was lacking skills.

PMG threatened to disable my Facebook account rather than addressing my complaint.
