My approach to care is rooted in collaboration and individualized treatment. I believe in treating the whole person by incorporating the biopsychosocial-spiritual model in my work. This holistic framework allows me to consider the diverse factors that contribute to mental health, ensuring that care is comprehensive and tailored to the unique needs of each patient. I emphasize the importance of patient empowerment, encouraging individuals to take an active role in their treatment. By fostering a safe, supportive environment, I aim to build trust, making it easier for patients to express their concerns and feel heard. In my practice, I employ a blend of medication management and therapeutic techniques, including supportive psychotherapy and brief therapy. I believe that combining these tools can help patients achieve meaningful progress. Collaboration is also a key component of my approach; I regularly work with primary care physicians, therapists, and other specialists to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care. This ensures that patients receive well-rounded support for their mental and physical health needs.
