HistoryNigel is a Kansas City, MO native who was educated at the University of Central Missouri (Warrensburg, MO) and Pinnacle career institute (Kansas City, MO). He began his fitness career at LA Fitness in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA with the main goal of educating and motivating clients to successfully reach their primary goals in fitness and health.
