We pride ourselves on training people of all walks of life in an intense small group coaching atmosphere that will challenge you at your current fitness level and teach you how to burn body fat, build lean muscle, and make life changes that last! Providing mobile fitness (we come to you), personal training, small groups, corporate, and bootcamps. Navigate Fitness specializes in total-body metabolic workouts for busy people of all fitness levels that want RESULTS with only two or three 45-minute sessions each week. Customized meal plans available.
