Established in 1980, Pinal Hispanic Council provides behavioral health services to all individuals. The center provides treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders and obsessive. Located in Eloy, Ariz., its behavioral health services include prevention, emergency /crisis intervention, psychiatric, medication and laboratory, along with assessment and evaluation and diagnosis. Pinal Hispanic Council has two outpatient behavioral health clinics, Centro de Ayuda in Eloy and Centro de Unidad in Coolidge. Centro de Conocimiento provides drug assessment, individual, family and group counseling.

The FullCircle Program is a drug and alcohol support group for teens, young adults, and their families. Our young adult and teen recovery programs offer 12-step substance abuse support group meetings, weekend sober social events for young people, and weekly support group meetings for parents of addicts or substance users. FullCircle is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and we love serving the local Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Phoenix communities!In order for sobriety to take hold, it has to be better than getting high. We specialize in helping young people find a way of life that is better than doing drugs and alcohol.
