I dropped off 2 steers my and my son's. Mine a grain fed Wagu steer His a jersey cross off the pasture. I gave them the cut instructions for mine 1&3/4 inch steaks only good roasts short ribs etc....

I dropped off a javelina and got it back within 3 weeks which was amazing! 250 (approx 10") snack sticks from this javelina... not bad at all! A little pricey but overall I think it was worth it....
