History

Longevity is a true measure of dedication, and Mesa Montessori prides itself on the continued involvement of teachers, staff, and parents of alumni. Former students, influenced by their experiences, have returned to Mesa Montessori as teacher assistants, while a second generation of preschoolers are now attending Mesa Montessori.

Specialties

Mesa Montessori is a non-profit, parent-owned preschool and kindergarten. We are affiliated with the American Montessori Society, a non-profit education society founded in 1960 whose purpose is to help children develop their fullest potential through the educational principles of Maria Montessori. We have been operating in the East Valley since 1975 with a second generation of students now attending. Mesa Montessori provides extended-day and part-day programs for children ages 2 1/2 (and potty trained) to age 6 (kindergarten). By maintaining a teacher/student ratio of 1 to 8 or less, we can individualize the curriculum to the needs of each child.
