The so called opticians are not properly trained. They don't adjust your glasses unless you the patient feels it needs it. They don't understand progressives and how they need to be lined up...

This office really knows how to take advantage of seniors. You make an appointment and then when you come in they don't use your insurance but constantly bills Medicare when they don't need to....
