History

Mike began his career working for Del Webb as a Carpenter/Framing Contractor in 1989, after completing related courses at Glendale and Rio Salado Community Colleges. After working four solid years for Del Webb, Mike decided to further his skillset by becoming a Certified and Licensed General Contractor in 1993. He renovated existing models, remodeled damaged establishments, and built custom homes from the ground up in North Scottsdale. Working with well-established and pronounced Custom Developers, such as Jim Seagren and Bob Stoffer, business was booming for the next 15 years. Then, with the economy and housing market crash, Mike decided to trust my Higher Power, and put the Custom Homes on hold, but continued remodeling or renovating existing establishments, both Residential and Commercial.
