Lutheran Church of the Foothills

Founded in 1979, Lutheran Church of the Foothills is a religious institution practicing and propagating Christian virtues. Located in Tucson, Ariz., it engages in prayer/worship along with Biblical studies. Its summer worship schedule includes Sunday worship and fellowship time, while it offers two services throughout the rest of the year, including Desert Song worship and traditional worship with Holy Communion. Additionally, the congregation offers Sunday classes, Bible study, as well as special services, including baptism, marriage and memorial services. Lutheran Church of the Foothills is a member of the Grand Canyon Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Besides, it is an active member of the Tucson Interfaith HIV/AIDS (Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome) Network, Habitat for Humanity Tucson and others.
