HistorySilver Fern originated in 1986 as a construction management company with offices in both Denver and Phoenix when Brian Donovan (Member) began operations. An executive decision was made in 1998 that the Phoenix market was stronger and more stable; subsequently, the Denver office was closed. In 1998 John Fortini (Member) joined Silver Fern with the goal of developing and expanding the company's services.SpecialtiesThis year Silver Fern is celebrating 25 years of service and over 130 years of combined construction/management experience.
