Just not a lot of gyms overall in Arcadia so it's pretty busy no matter when you come. I spend a lot of my workout looking for an alternative exercise cause the machine or weights I want to use...

Good solid gym! Busy during normal busy hours, but they have a lot of machines. Good pool to swim laps and jacuzzi.
