Did an order pickup and when I put the sandwich down, it opened up to show me a dead fly in the middle of it. Luckily I hadn't eaten that side but still absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service was great for pick up. They were busy with huge line but let me know how long it would be in a kind manner and worked on it quickly. One of the better jersey mikes I've been to!
