History

Jay Boersma is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has a master's degree from Thunderbird University. Jay lived and worked in banking in Germany before returning to Arizona in 1996. He began his career in the mortgage industry at that time and has since been serving clients and referral partners as a mortgage originator. Joining Fairway Independent Mortgage was a simple choice for Jay. Fairway is a direct Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Ginnie seller with a wide product selection, excellent rates, and a reputation for closing loans quickly.

We provide financing for all different types of loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, and more. We are a direct lender for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and have excellent down payment assistance programs. Our team specializes in handling loans that other lenders are unable to do. We also have a department within our own company that specializes in helping clients work towards improving their credit in preparation of buying a home.
