Today Friday-November 21! I got my food through the drive-thru and it was absolutely disappointing, the bread was hard and burnt, the patties were way too overcooked, they did not gave me ketchup...

Big meal for $12, decent burgers. I really can't complain anything about in n out. The service is great too. You can tell in n out treats their employees right, they are always smiling.
