I NEVER had a bad experience here! The threading techs were extremely kind and helpful! There was one (I forgot her name, she was subbing for another lady on maternity leave) she double/triple...

Did a walk in and it was quick wait. The talent in threading here is five star. I would come back again. Good customer service and the waiting section was comfortable.
