Don't book a stay here. Tried to cancel a one night stay that is more than 2 weeks away and they won't refund me at all. Terrible policy. I will never book with a Hyatt hotel again.

The staff was amazing. Karen and Tiffany and David are wonderful. We stay for 2 nights the room was great and the shuttle tools us to good eateries. We will be back
