History

We've been servicing commercial cleaning clients in the Phoenix metro area since 2008. We've developed Heits University over the years to train staff and to develop our janitorial workforce. We currently have over 35 clients who have been with us for over 5 years.

Specialties

We are a commercial cleaning company that serves high end clients in the restaurant, professional, educational, manufacturing, medical, and hospice industries. We maintain a high standard in using environmentally friendly products and processes that adhere to guidelines established by the USGBC. Our janitors are trained properly and meet the highest standards in our industry. We also do post-construction cleanups, final cleans and one time special flooring services. We have specialists in concrete staining, VCT maintenance and restoration, marble cleaning, carpet cleaning, Terrazzo maintenance and restoration.
