HeeMee Coffee + Bakery was started in 2019 by sibling duo David and Angela Kim and is named after their mother and pastry chef, HeeMee Kim. HeeMee is a passionate baker, studying countless recipes and experimenting endlessly to create the perfect concoctions to serve at her bakery.
