First American Credit Union

Have had several loans through this credit union. Always a super easy process and they are so helpful, not sure of the low rating, I'm thinking It's people that don't understand the rating method.

Worse bank I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend banking with them. Everything from making a car payment to getting a debit card is a hassle. Customer service absolutely sucks.

Great office reps but handicap on side of building a bit far. Easy access from main highways.

This is an awful bank. Been waiting on a replacement debit card for 15 days now. No consideration for members who need to pay the rent and other bills. This is ridiculous. Don't use this bank....

To think that supposedly they want to help you... yeah right !! Worst bank ever !! They don't value customer.. I hope Lori Jacques get the karma she deserves, hopefully in her white perfect world...
