We want to cancel our online subscription and the site makes you go through hooks and then 2 months later the deductions start up again. It's been going on 11 mos. Unethical.

Went into fashion square and they were absolutely awful. Didn't understand what discounts applied to what. Charged us full price. Went back into arrowhead location and they were equally confused....
