I went to return a polo for Christmas and they messed it up so I didnt get to keep the polo or get any store credit. Did nothing to solve problem said I was out of luck.

For the amount of price gouging Dicks is doing, you would think the customer experience would be much better. No customer service at all. Minimum staff, maximum prices. So sad.
