Lived here for 8 years. Always had a cat. Never any complaints til recently when I was advised of a strong smell of cat urine. Maintenance has been in my apartment often and no complaints....

This place raised my mother's rent 3 times in just over a year and another increase June 1st again. These poor people live off a fixed income and they are pushing the elderly out on the streets!!!...
