Staff within the Pharmacy. How about attention to detail and listening skills instead of being argumentative?! Maybe be kind instead of condescending? Will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Shanice was fantastic, super nice and patient. She helped us figure out how to use coupons and stuck with us for more than 5 minutes and even helped others in line by calling for another cashier....

This CVS is always clean, the staff helpful and the pharmacy staff are professional and courteous. I have the CVS app on my phone and am signed up for notifications / reminders on prescriptions...
