Told me they would be ready in a week....more than a month later I took the boots back without them being repaired. Never answers the phone and you get a message to leave a detailed message....

They are great! Stopped in with my boots and was provided on the spot advice & estimate for repair. When I picked them up, the repair exceeded my expectations.
