The maintenance staff Cortland has been nothing but amazing. Was looking to do some spring cleaning and get my patio together asked if I could paint the patio floor due to stains overtime....

The only reason I gave one star is for the team of maintenance that are actually good people... it's the management that is questionable and apathetic. Don't move here unless you want your car...
