Hotel is quite nice but their checking in leaves a lot to be desired. You can't check in until 4:00 which is what they tell you but they say come before and we will probably have your room ready....

Great experience from start to finish. We left Tucson on Saturday morning and walked in to the Cliff Castle Casino Hotel without a reservation. We were looking for a king room at a decent price....

First off Jack at reception was very helpful thank you sir. I give it one star for Jack. Do not come here unless you want to be harassed. Check in 4pm ?!?!? Really???!! No option to check in early...
